Order processing time:

To ensure efficient service, we handle each order with care and diligence. Order processing time is between 2 and 4 business days for orders shipped to France, compared to 4 to 7 business days for orders shipped outside of France (excluding weekends). During this time, our team verifies customer information, selects and packs products, and prepares the necessary shipping documents.
